You are invited to join AORTA today!  Click here to download a copy of the membership form.  Simply print out the form and mail it with your check. 
If you don’t have a printer handy, just write a check payable to “AORTA” and note “Dues - New Member” or “Donation” at the bottom as applicable.  Dues categories are:  Regular $25, Living Lightly $15, Steward $50, Sponsor or Business $100.  Please be sure that AORTA has your current mailing and (if possible) email addresses.  Send your remittance to:  AORTA, PO Box 2772, Portland, OR 97208-2772.

AORTA is a certified 501(c)3 non-profit consumer organization under IRS provisions.  Dues and donations to AORTA may be tax-deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
